Wenyi Trinity Technology Co.,Ltd. was established in April 2000 with a registered capital of 158.43 million yuan and over 600 employees. The company owns four wholly-owned subsidiaries and two specialized factories. The main business of the company includessemiconductor integrated circuit packaging molds and equipment, plastic profile extrusion tooling and equipment, belt conveyor roller bearing housing, seals, etc. The predecessor of the company was three military factories (4150,4963, and 4524)belonging to the former Ministry of Electronics Industry. The company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in January 2002(stock code 600520)and was known as the Chinese first stock of mold . Since the launch of China s first integrated circuit packaging mold in 1978 and the first PVC plastic door and window profile extrusion tooling in 1985, the company has been committed to the research and development of molds and equipment technology in the semiconductor industry and chemical construction industry. It has provincial-level technology centers, provincial-level industrial design centers, Anhui province key laboratory of integrated circuit packaging and testing equipment,and postdoctoral research workstations and other technological innovation platforms.It has successively undertaken national major science and technology projects, Anhui province major science and technology projects,Anhui province science and technology research plan, and Anhui province s first set major technical equipment projects.It has won many awards such as National Key New Products, Anhui Province New Products,Anhui Province Industrial Excellence, and Provincial and Ministerial Science and Technology Progress Awards, and has presided over the drafting of multiple national and industry standards.
