PTFE materials have superior properties due to the strong bonds between carbon and fluorine atoms in their molecular structure, full infinite resistance to all chemicals used in all industry, humidity and ambient conditions, and having the lowest static and dynamic coefficient among all known solids.

FR4 Sheets are produced by impregnating alkali-free glass fiber fabric with epoxy resin binder and keeping it under high temperature and high pressure. These products show very good temperature and humidity resistance, as well as high mechanical strength, good di-electric properties, and good electrical strength properties.

025 Phenolic Cotton Laminated Sheet is produced by applying modified phenolic resin as a binder to pure cotton fabric used as a reinforcing agent. The product has excellent heat resistance and will not exhibit friction properties at high temperatures. These products are produced from cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin binder. The products have good mechanical properties, good heat and moisture resistance and excellent wear resistance. The mechanical strength of cotton-based products is higher than paper-based products. Phenolic resins are among the oldest and best known general-purpose thermosetting resins. In general, phenolics are not as good as epoxies in terms of moisture and moisture resistance, dimensional stability, shrinkage and permanence of electrical properties. These products contain medium-density woven canvas fabric, and they stand out with their mechanical properties.

Micanite, which is silver in color and has a heat resistance of 500-700℃, is an auxiliary product mostly used in the manufacture of resistance. The product, which has good electrical and thermal insulation properties, maintains its properties even after exposure to heat.

Since PU Standard cast polyurethane sheets cannot meet the performance requirement in more difficult applications, a hard and permanent protective layer is adhered as casting on a soft layer. PVC is thermoplastic with high rigidity and brittleness. It is highly resistant to inorganic and organic chemicals and oxidative environments. They can be adapted to various usage areas by adding different additives.

According to the comparisons made in polypropylene plastic, the chemical resistance is quite low, the impact resistance is low, and the abrasion resistance and friction coefficient are in the middle. It is used in the coating of acid boilers. It is frequently used in the chemical industry thanks to its very good workability and chemical resistance properties. Its chemical resistance against acids and alkalis is quite high.

Silicone sheet types generally appear as elastic products that can be used easily in areas where the temperature is quite high. These boards, which have a high resistance to high temperatures, can be used in environments up to 250C° without any deterioration. At the same time, it is one of the most preferred plates in the food industry with its odorless structure. Of course, besides these, it should be noted that the electrical insulation is also quite high.

PEEK is a high performance engineering plastic with excellent mechanical properties at very low and very high temperatures. Fatigue and abrasion resistance is better than fluoropolymers.
