PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

1. Forming: It is the station where the plate is shaped by applying pressure - vacuum and pre-stress with the mould, which is a kind of negative of the product to be produced from the heated plastic sheet. 2. Cutting: It is the station where the cutting process is carried out by leaving enough connections (nick) to ensure that the product is separated from the plate on which it is shaped, but can be transported to the next station. 3. Stacking: It is the station where the final product is separated from the plate and transferred to the transfer belt by a combination of pusher - stacker or pusher - robot gripper combination by stacking stacks for packaging.
