4-Component Dosing and Line Control System

Manufactured by BETA TEKNİK, the 4-Component Dosing and Line Control System is designed for automatic dosing, mixing and feeding of four different raw materials in plastic film extrusion lines. Featuring a 2+2 dosing configuration, the system automatically loads raw materials through integrated loaders, doses them according to predefined ratios, mixes them and feeds the mixture into the extruder. It also functions as a line control system. The system is compatible with virgin and recycled materials, calcium carbonate and masterbatch in granular form. With a feeding capacity of 200 kg/h, it is designed to improve material mixing consistency, reduce operator-related errors and increase production efficiency.
