4 or 6-Component Central Dosing System

Manufactured by BETA TEKNİK, the 4 or 6-Component Central Dosing System is designed for automatic raw material feeding, dosing and mixing in plastic production lines. The system uses automatic loaders to transfer four or six different raw materials from storage, dose them according to predefined recipes and mix them. It is compatible with virgin and recycled granules, calcium carbonate, masterbatch and similar granular materials. Its recipe management function allows operators to create, save and reuse material formulations. Remote monitoring is available via mobile devices or computers. The automated system is designed to reduce operator-related mixing errors, improve material consistency and increase production efficiency.
