Product Description
Manufactured by BETA TEKNİK, the 6-Component Dosing and Line Control System automatically doses, mixes and feeds six different granular raw materials into plastic film extrusion lines.
The system uses automatic loaders to transfer materials from storage, doses them according to predefined recipes, mixes them and feeds the mixture into the extruder. It is compatible with virgin and recycled granules, calcium carbonate and masterbatch.
Its recipe management function allows operators to save and reuse material formulations. Remote monitoring is available via mobile devices or computers. The system is designed to improve blending consistency and production efficiency.
