Batch Off Soap

We manufacture a high-performance liquid anti-tack agent (batch-off soap) designed for cooling and stacking processes in rubber production lines. Formulated as a concentrated liquid, this product is designed to be diluted with water at a 1:10 ratio before use. Applications and Advantages: Our liquid anti-tack agent effectively prevents processed rubber sheets and slabs from sticking together during the batch-off process. By ensuring easy separation of rubber layers, it maximizes efficiency in both storage and subsequent processing stages (such as extrusion or molding). It does not affect the rubber's physical properties and forms a uniform, thin protective film on the compound surface.
