CRT Densifier Extruder

The CRT Densifier Extruder is designed for the efficient recycling of film and other low-bulk-density plastic waste. Its integrated densifier unit increases material density and provides stable, controlled feeding into the extruder. It is suitable for processing LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and PP-based films, bags, packaging waste and similar plastic materials. The system is designed to provide homogeneous melt quality, stable production and high process efficiency. It can be integrated with filtration and pelletizing systems according to the application.
