DKXO-242

DKXO-242 is a Sioplas silane-crosslinkable, halogen-free, flame-retardant compound for cable insulation and sheathing in renewable energy applications. It is developed to meet TÜV 2Pfg1169:2007, EN 50618:2015 and IEC 62930 requirements in H1Z2Z2-K and PV-F cable constructions. It is used with CAT/DH-100 UV catalyst masterbatch. Post-crosslinking tensile strength is at least 12.5 MPa and elongation at break at least 200%. These values are obtained with 3% catalyst addition and crosslinking in hot water at 90 °C for 6 hours.
