DKXO-342/OR

DKXO-342/OR is a moisture-curable, Sioplas crosslinkable, halogen-free, flame-retardant sheathing compound. Its oil and solvent resistance supports demanding applications such as ships, offshore installations and petrochemical plants. It is developed for IEC 60092-360 SHF2 requirements. It offers post-crosslinking tensile strength of at least 13 MPa, elongation at break of at least 350%, and no cracking in cold bend and impact tests at -40 °C. These values are obtained with 5% Deka Cat-KD03 UV catalyst addition and curing in hot water at 90 °C for at least 8 hours.
