DKXO-442

DKXO-442 is a Sioplas silane-crosslinkable, halogen-free, flame-retardant compound for cable insulation and sheathing in renewable energy applications. It is developed to meet TÜV 2Pfg1169:2007, EN 50618:2015 and IEC 62930 requirements in H1Z2Z2-K and PV-F cable constructions. It is used with Cat-KD03/UV catalyst masterbatch. It offers high flexibility, with post-crosslinking elongation at break of at least 500% and Shore A hardness of 88. These values are obtained with 3% catalyst addition and crosslinking in hot water at 90 °C for 6 hours.
