HTS High Speed & High Torque Twin Screw Extruder

Self-developed High-Speed, High-Torque Twin-Screw Extruder Featuring an ultra-high screw speed of 900–1200 rpm and an ultra-high torque density of f = 16.5 N·m/cm³, this extruder is powered by a 300 kW permanent magnet synchronous water-cooled motor, delivering 1.5–1.7% energy savings compared with conventional Grade-1 energy-efficient AC motors. It is equipped with Jiangsu Zhuoyue’s patented high-torque symmetrical gearbox, ensuring reliable power transmission. The barrel adopts an annular water-channel cooling system combined with heater rods, improving cooling efficiency by 18% and heating efficiency by 22%. The shaft is manufactured from high-carbon chromium bearing steel using an advanced cold-extruded involute spline process, increasing torsional strength by 18–30% over conventional milling methods. A new anti-backflow venting chamber effectively prevents contamination caused by condensed impurities during processing. The optimized die head flow channel ensures uniform material discharge, easy maintenance, and stable high-output production. The entire series is equipped with the newly developed ZY-TOUCH 3.0 Intelligent Control System, which integrates a standalone MES platform and supports multi-terminal access for real-time production monitoring and data management.
