JANDI’S patented JIT All-in-One Shopping Bag Production Line integrates blown film extrusion, inline printing, bag making, handle punching, die-cut waste recovery, and automatic packing into one continuous process. Designed for T-shirt and shopping bags, it helps reduce intermediate handling, floor space, labour requirements, and energy consumption. Die-cut waste can be returned to the production process, supporting a more efficient and controlled material cycle. The line can be configured to suit different bag specifications and production requirements.
