Product Description

EVERSUN flame retardants consist of silicone, sulfonate, phosphorus-based and phosphazene flame retardants. They support film-grade flame retardancy, transparent flame retardancy and PFAS-free flame retardancy. These products reduce combustion duration, extend needle-flame penetration time, raise LOI (Limiting Oxygen Index) and improve glow-wire ignition temperature. At appropriate loading, they can pass UL94 V-0 rating, and VTM-0 rating is achievable at 0.175 mm thickness. KKS is suitable for parts with high appearance requirements, such as charger housings, home appliance components, electric meter housings, light-shielding materials and automotive interior parts. It is applicable to PC, PC+GF and PC with titanium dioxide. It features low loading of 0.3% and high flame retardant efficiency
