Reliable and Proven Performance
Our KEM direct dosing system, tested and proven thousands of times, offers one of the simplest yet most effective solutions for coloring plastic materials with masterbatch.
The system is also ideal when, in addition to masterbatch, additives such as antistatic agents or flame retardants need to be introduced. Two KEM-Touch dosing units can be mounted on a single adapter flange, while the base material is conveyed to the processing machine via the TM conveyor separator.
Versatile and Easy to Use
KEM dosing units are flange-mounted directly onto the material inlet of the processing machine. The virgin material flows freely into the machine while masterbatch or additives are accurately introduced through the dosing unit.
