Product Description
The Laser Filter is designed to provide continuous and efficient melt filtration during the extrusion of highly contaminated plastic materials. Its rotating filter disc and automatic scraper system help remove solid contaminants such as paper, wood, aluminium and similar impurities from the polymer melt. The continuous filtration principle reduces production interruptions, improves melt consistency and increases the overall efficiency of the extrusion line. Filtration fineness and system configuration can be customized according to the processed material and application requirements.
