Integrated Shredder & Extruder Solution for Challenging Waste RGT W-SH Model; is an advanced recycling system in which a shredder, crusher compactor and extruder are integrated into a single line. It delivers high efficiency when processing difficult-to-shred raw materials, ranging from rigid plastic lumps and PP big bags to polyester and PP yarns. The shredder performs controlled pre-shredding, reducing the material to the optimum size. The compactor then densifies the shredded material and prepares it for a homogeneous flow. In the final stage, the extruder processes this flow continuously to produce high-quality granules. Thanks to the smart control system, continuous data transfer takes place between the shredder and the extruder; thus ensuring a synchronized, energy-efficient and reliable production process. With high capacity and minimum labor requirements, this integrated structure provides a long-term and sustainable solution for challenging waste materials.
