Product Description
Developed by BETA TEKNİK, Mono and Co-Ex Line Control Systems are designed to automatically control extruder output and film weight in plastic film production.
The system maintains the target extrusion capacity despite raw material changes or filter clogging. It automatically adjusts the haul-off motor speed to control film weight. In Co-Ex extrusion lines, it regulates the production ratios of A, B and C layers to support consistent product quality.
The system enables raw material consumption monitoring by shift, day, week or month and alerts operators when the specified order quantity is reached. It is designed to reduce film weight variations and raw material losses while improving production efficiency and cost control.
