From Recycling in a Single Line to Value-Added Compounds The co-rotating twin-screw extruder provides high mixing quality, homogeneity and efficient degassing. With gravimetric dosing, additives can be introduced in a single step according to the user's formulation, enabling the production of high-performance and consistent granules. In PP_PE recycling, unwanted odors and volatile substances are removed within the line using steam and a powerful vacuum system. Since filtration and additive dosing are performed on the same line, odor-free, homogeneous and value-added granules are produced in a single process.
