RIGID PVC LINE

The DFC Machinery Rigid PVC Line is a turnkey production solution that brings every step — from extruding rigid PVC (U-PVC) raw material to discharging the cut product — together on a single line. Depending on the configuration, the line reaches a production capacity of up to 1,200 meters per hour and is used in the production of rigid PVC product groups such as doors and windows. The extruder at the heart of the line operates within a 45–110 kW power range, with a Ø63–89 mm screw diameter and a melt output of 120–300 kg/hour. The haul-off speed of 1,200 m/hour is achieved on small-diameter rigid PVC products whose weight per meter falls within the 100–250 g range; for heavier cross-sections the capacity decreases in meters while it is maintained in kilograms.
