Mobile Loading Station

Designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, the Mobile Loading Station is a compact system operating on the principle of positive pressure conveying. It is designed to transfer plastic raw materials from bags to silos or similar storage units through pneumatic conveying. The system is suitable for conveying various bulk materials, including virgin plastic granules, masterbatch, recycled granules, flakes, crushed plastic and similar materials. The blower, rotary airlock, slide valve, electrical control panel and operating controls are integrated with the loading hopper into a single compact cabinet. This integrated design provides ease of transportation, installation and operation. All mechanical and electrical components are housed within a protective enclosure, ensuring a high level of both system safety and operator protection. Thanks to its mobile design, the unit can be easily relocated to different areas within the facility and adapted to various production requirements. Its user-friendly design ensures easy commissioning and straightforward operation. The loading hopper is open on three sides, allowing bags to be emptied conveniently and efficiently. Different capacity options are available to meet individual process requirements and operational needs.
