SIFR-870M

EVERSUN flame retardants consist of silicone, sulfonate, phosphorus-based and phosphazene flame retardants. They support film-grade flame retardancy, transparent flame retardancy and PFAS-free flame retardancy. These products reduce combustion duration, extend needle-flame penetration time, raise LOI (Limiting Oxygen Index) and improve glow-wire ignition temperature. At appropriate loading, they can pass UL94 V-0 rating, and VTM-0 rating is achievable at 0.175 mm thickness SIFR-870M is suitable for non-transparent PC, PC+GF, white PC and PC alloy systems. It maintains UL94 V-0 rating with no dripping after 168 hours. While extending flame retardant durability, it preserves the surface smoothness and gloss of PC articles. It features low water absorption and a wide processing window.
