SIFR-Si907

EVERSUN has developed a range of siloxane flame retardant synergists with hydroxyl, benzylmethyl and methyl functional groups. They are salt-free, accelerate char formation, extend the long-term flame retardant durability and stability, and feature high temperature resistance, hydrolysis resistance and low smoke density. Among them, Si908 and Si932 offer high transparency and low haze. They can be combined with sulfonate flame retardants, phosphazene flame retardants and others to achieve UL94 V-0 rating at 1.6 mm–2.0 mm thickness. Si907 is a general-purpose flame retardant synergist compliant with FDA 21 CFR 175.300. TGA 5% weight loss temperature: 418.6 °C. It is suitable for PC, PA, PC/ABS, PBT, PPO, etc.
