Product Description

EVERSUN silicone-acrylate impact modifier series features a core-shell structure with silicone content ranging from 10% to 60%. It improves impact strength and weather resistance of resins, and offers hydrolysis resistance, heat-humidity resistance, ultra-low temperature resistance, high-impact resistance, chemical resistance, excellent color development, and no adverse effect on flame retardancy. It is applicable to engineering plastics and alloys including PC, PC+GF, PC/ABS, PC/ASA, PC/PBT, ABS, PS and PA. In the 95 ? / 95% RH, 168 h weathering test, USI-3300 achieves an impact strength retention rate of 96.8%. The impact strength retention reaches 83.4% after 504 h weathering test. After thermal residence at 300 ? for 15 minutes, the impact strength retention remains 88%.
