USI-3304

EVERSUN silicone-acrylate impact modifier series features a core-shell structure with silicone content ranging from 10% to 60%. It improves impact strength and weather resistance of resins, and offers hydrolysis resistance, heat-humidity resistance, ultra-low temperature resistance, high-impact resistance, chemical resistance, excellent color development, and no adverse effect on flame retardancy. It is applicable to engineering plastics and alloys including PC, PC+GF, PC/ABS, PC/ASA, PC/PBT, ABS, PS and PA. USI-3304 achieves an impact strength retention of over 70% at -40 °C. It features heat-humidity resistance, hydrolysis resistance, chemical resistance and weather resistance. At 5% loading, the impact strength retention reaches 62.5% after 504 hours in the double 85 environmental test, and the retention at room temperature is up to 89%.
