EVERSUN silicone-acrylate impact modifier series features a core-shell structure with silicone content ranging from 10% to 60%. It improves impact strength and weather resistance of resins, and offers hydrolysis resistance, heat-humidity resistance, ultra-low temperature resistance, high-impact resistance, chemical resistance, excellent color development, and no adverse effect on flame retardancy. It is applicable to engineering plastics and alloys including PC, PC+GF, PC/ABS, PC/ASA, PC/PBT, ABS, PS and PA. 3305X features high color development, low-temperature impact resistance and no adverse effect on flame retardancy. At 3% loading, the retention of physical properties reaches 88.7% under room-temperature impact test.
