Granül Kesme

In Granule Cutting Machines, PE, PP, PS, ABS type plastics are automatically cut in granule form. After the plastic melt coming from the extruder passes through the Granule Cutting Machine's chuck, it is cut in granule form by the blades and poured into the water tank. The granules that cool and harden superficially in the water tank are transferred to the integrated drying centrifuge without being touched by hand using water flow. The blade speed of the Granule Cutting Machine is inverter controlled and the granule length can be adjusted by changing the blade speed. The number of holes, hole diameter and hole arrangement geometry of the cutting chuck are adjusted according to different plastic types and capacity.
