Irkutsk Polymer Plant

Irkutsk Polymer Plant is the first plant in Eastern Siberia with its own feedstock to produce polyethylene from ethane. The production capacity will be 650 thousand tons per year. Irkutsk Polymer Plant (IPP) is a project of Irkutsk Oil Company. IPP\’s products will be HDPE and LLDPE pellets. The implemented design solutions are based on the maximum use of environmental technologies to eliminate adverse effects on the environment and human health.
