We have range of specialized processing aid for PVC industry namely Polycom P, Polycom HI and Polycom E which has created a revolution in PVC industries like PVC pipe, Fittings, Profile, Panels and tiles. Using our grade calcium carbonate dosage can be increased to new higher level, which gives huge advantage in raw material cost savings. POLYCOM:- Increases the tensile strength (0.3 0.4 GPD) & Elongation (1%-1.5%), Sharply reduces tape breakages/hour & Increases line speed of the Tape Line, Gives opportunity to increase Calcium Carbonate Master Batch Dosage/ Recycle, Reduces dust and fibres in the looms, Increases the output in Looms & reduces the wastage of fabric in Looms, Improves dispersion sharply and makes internal and external surface smooth & Glossy, Increases Tensile strength, Dart strength, Break strength and elongation, Thickness variation can be controlled, Helps to reduce microns of the film, Increases sealing properties. POLYCOM-CL: - Polycom – CL is a non-migrating processing aid, modifier and tie layer resin for clear and opaque application. Polycom – CL can be used as 0.5% to 1% as processing and 0.5% to 25% as Modifier. As tie layer resin you can use Polycom – CL at dosage of 0.25% to 50% POLYCOM-P:- Polycom-P is a processing Aid which replaces conventional processing aid and CPE in formulation, Replaces Acrylic Processing Aid 100% at dosage of 70% i.e., if you are using any acrylic processing aid dosage of 1 PHR, you can replace entire processing aid at 0.7 PHR., CPE dosage can be reduced with 50% dosage of POLYCOM-P, Reduces Gelation time without reducing fusion torque, Improves homogeneity & dispersion, Reduces the cost of production, It is compatible with the all PVC. POLYCOM-HI:- Polycom-HI is a blend of processing Aid and Impact Modifier which replaces conventional processing aid and Impact Modifier which are used in formulation, Replaces Acrylic Processing Aid and CPE / ACR at dosage of 60%-70% i.e. if you are using any acrylic processing aid dosage of 1 PHR and using Acrylic impact modifier of 1 PHR, you can remove both the additives at dosage of 1.2 PHR. Of Polycom - HI, It helps to increase the dosage of Caco3 around 10 PHR to 40 PHR, which results in huge cost savings, Reduces the cost of production, Enhances the tensile strength of the product. POLYCOM-E:- Polycom-E is a processing Aid which replaces conventional processing aid, internal lubricants and external lubricants at the lower dosage, Replaces 100 % Acrylic Processing Aid at dosage of 25% to 50%. Mostly POLYCOM-E to be used in the range of 0.5 PHR to 1 PHR replacing Acrylic processing aid, internal lubricant & external lubricant, Reduces the cost of production, POLYCOM-E can also be used In PVC clear films with 50% dosage of processing aids, Gives very good results with the PVC compound manufacturing. It also gives good results to the end user.
