PAGEV is one of the leading civil society organizations in Turkey. PAGÇEV, which is PAGEV’s Recycling Economic Enterprise; is an organization authorized by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization for the purpose of collecting packaging waste separately from its source and recycling it.
