Lead singles are known to exhibit excellent long term heat stability and outstanding electrical properties and extensively used as a heat stabilizer in the PVC formulation. These are available in powder forms, which help the PVC in the extrusion process. The products are: TBLS DBLS LS DBLP
Lubricated One Pack Stabilizers are manufactured with high precision by using standardized procedures under a controlled environment to deliver superior quality product on time, every time at a competitive price. These are dust-free, easy to use compounds, which reduces the use of lubricant. It should be used just once and that too in less dosage.
At Arti Chemical, we manufacture and supply high performance Non-lubricated one pack stabilizers. These are specially designed to provide optimum performance on twin screw extruders. These are available in powder form.
Because of the Lead Free characteristics of Calcium/Zinc stabilizers, they are widely used in many flexible and rigid PVC applications. They provide good mechanical and electrical properties along with excellent outdoor weatherability
Lubricants are used to reduce shear and frictional heating during the processing of PVC. It helps in reduction in friction heat, reducing melt viscosity which increases the flow and improved gloss to make it more shining.
