is a lead based complex stabilizer for injection molding PVC compounds with excellent external and internal lubricating effects. It allows the operator to have large tolerances in setting the overall time, particular times, stroke levels, pressure and speeds. It imparts excellent fusion, glossy surfaces and stable dimensions products. The outstanding characteristic of this stabilizer is improving in gelation & good result in heating test.
GH104PPW is a one-pack stabilizer with effective thermal and optical stabilizer for rigid PVC pipe production which has an appropriate dose of lubricant and this causes no need for supplement lubricant. This product has been designed for twin-screw extruders and sewage pipe production.
