Engin Heaters and Cable Industry has become a preferred company by national and international firms with its quality products since 2002 by being innovative, open to developments and by keeping pace with the technology. Our company started its operations with the production of the resistances used on injection and extrusion machines in plastic industry. Then, the company achieved to produce many different kinds of resistances needed in other fields of the industry. By having open-minded managemet understanding to developments and innovations,with an emphasis on R & D studies, we have worked on high-temperature resistant insulation materials and expanded production area by manufacturing high-temperature resistant cables, heating cables, and measurement control cables.
Ceramic insulated heaters have a high power density. They are suitable for manufacturing processes that melt at high temperatures and require rapid production
Mica insulated heaters are efficient and durable heaters designed for use in a variety of industries, such as extrusion lines for processing plastic raw materials and the packaging industry.
Fiberglass and mica insulated cables are required for continuous operating temperatures of -60°C to +350°C and above. These cables are essential for electrical connections in industrial furnaces, supply lines for heating elements, as well as in the glass industry, ceramics, cement, and iron and steel plants.
These are temperature measurement cables. We can manufacture J, K, T type thermocouple and PT100 cables with various insulations such as fiberglass, silicone, PFA, or FEP.
