■ Servo motor and invertor system. ■ Easy to operate with the buttons for temperature, production number, machine speed etc. on the control screen. ■ Bag size, speed and position of robot are automatically adjusted according to the bag size on the machine. All data can be monitored on the screen. ■ Bobbin warping is proceeded with the motor-driven roller system according to the diameter of the bobbin. ■ Product out system runs with sensor. Thus, the machine stops automatically when the product is finished. ■ Edge control system is placed on the top of the machine, it is ensured that high weight bobbins are connected and edge control is carried out precisely. ■ Printed bags are also cut precisely with the photocell system. ■ Automatic tilting jaw system with pneumatic equipment enables easy use for the operator. ■ Each bag is stacked on hot and cold needles from 10 cm end. ■ With the zig-zag group, it is ensured that the welding zones do not overlap. ■ Waste discharge press group is proceeded with hydropneumatic system.
