SJZ series conical screw extruder system is specially designed to process PVC powder. The machine, which has specially designed molds and auxiliary equipment, can produce PVC pipes, profiles, sheets and granulated materials. Conical screws have oil cooling system. The barrel is cooled by air with its specially design. Computer control is also added to the system. With the screw and barrel system selected in accordance with the special requests of the customer, the best melt and mixture quality is obtained. The screw material is specially selected and processed in the most suitable way to finalize it. The reduction gear box is also specially designed and manufactured, and with this special design, a longer life is achieved, and it can operate smoothly against higher pressures. Most of the electrical unit consists of imported materials. The system is equipped with multi-alarm systems and minor problems are quickly eliminated by the system.
