Parallel co-rotating twin screw extruder is designed and manufactured on the principle of modular. According to the processing material system and process formula, the L/D ratio and barrel, screw configuration, screen changer method, number and position of vent holes, feeding methods, electrical control systems, etc. can be rationally optimized and configured to achieve multi-function and multi-purpose to adapt to polymer materials.

The KSE series co-rotating parallel triple screw extruder are arranged in a one shape, and rotate in the same direction at high speed, so that the materials are subjected to strong shearing, extrusion, kneading, grinding, and better homogenization and dispersion. The triple screw extruder has one more high shear zone than the traditional twin screw extruder, so that the plasticizing and mixing performance is doubled compared with the twin screw extruder of the same specification, so high-yield extrusion can be realized. The production capacity is twice that of the twin screw extruder. Due to the increase in specific surface area and the increase in surface renewal rate, the devolatilization efficiency has also been greatly improved.

TSE series lab twin screw extruders are suitable for formulation development, compounding, extrusion and granulation experiments of small batches of preliminary samples, and can be widely used in scientific research institutes, laboratories of major universities, and R&D centers of enterprises and institutions.

The first stage is the TSE series co-rotating twin screw extruder with full mixing function. Using the advantages of high speed, high shear and strong mixing of the twin screw extruder, the materials can be fully plasticized and mixed. Due to without head pressure, so the screw combination can be flexibly arranged for different materials to achieve the best state of material mixing. The second stage is the SE series single screw extruder. The low speed and deep groove of the screw provides a low shear processing environment. At the same time, it is equipped with a barrel cooling function to prevent the plasticized material from overheating and decomposing during high pressure extrusion, which is conducive to realizing different technological processes, maximizing the advantages of equipment and greatly improving production efficiency.

The underwater pelletizing system includes: diverter valve, pelletizing die head, high-efficiency die head with heating system, pelletizing chamber, pelletizer, pneumatic pressure compensation mechanism, conveying pipeline, circulating water system, centrifugal dehydrator, hydraulic station, electrical control system etc.

For PET (polyethylene terephthalate) pelletizing methods, underwater strand pelletizing system is mostly used in the market at present. A set of underwater strand pelletizer unit is specially developed in combination with operating costs and customer needs. The whole production line is composed of water tank, granulator, dehydrator, vibrating screen, etc. The operation process of the whole set of equipment is precisely controlled by PLC.

The barrel is structured like a funnel-shaped container and is usually made of materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, or corrosion-resistant alloys. 3. SCREW ELEMENT: The screw element is an important component of the extruder, and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance are important indicators for considering the service life of the screw element. 4. CORE SHAFT: different material.

It is used in the production of PET and PLA sheets without pre-crystallization and drying system, and is suitable for the production of recycled materials. It has the characteristics of high output, low energy consumption and excellent plasticization. The screw is of modular design , has multiple combinations, and a wide range of applications. It is not only suitable for PLA biodegradable materials and starch-based degradable materials, but also suitable for PET production. The barrel is equipped with double vacuum exhaust to ensure full exhaust of water vapor. The extruder is equipped with a melt pump for quantitative and stable output, and set the pressure and speed closed-loop autocontrol. The whole line adopts PLC control to realize the autocontrol of parameter setting, data operation and feedback, alarm and other functions.
