Air Cooling heaters are mainly used in extruder and recyling machines. In some cases, it is also used for the processing of PVC or similar materials in injection molding machines. This heater is designed with a specially designed aluminum separator in order to provide high efficiency cooling of the machine and there is heat insulation in the cover which provides energy saving.
It is designed as high efficiency and long life band heater for processing and making of plastic raw materials, extruder machines, in textile and packaging industries. This heater cannot be tested idle. In order to operate, it must be installed in such a way that heat transfer is ensured. These band heaters are mainly used in machines with protection guards and in output molds.
