The presence of soot in the pipe compound and its good distribution in the structure of the compound causes high resistance to UV rays, that s why pipe manufacturers prefer to use pipe compound to produce their products instead of using petrochemical materials to make polyethylene pipes. This product also provides excellent resistance to cracking and prevents crack growth and corrosion. Other advantages of this compound include high strength, no leakage, and at the same time high flexibility, and high resistance to temperature changes.

Polyethylene wax is a by-product of the polyethylene production process in petrochemicals. Polyethylene wax is one of the most common external lubricants. These non-polar compounds have very high polymer properties that make them suitable for use in various industries. The wax dissolves at room temperature in insoluble organic solvents and at higher temperatures in aliphatics and aromatics chlorinated hydrocarbons and most non-polar solvents.

PADID ADD 403 is an advanced performance PE based fluorescent whitening master batch is designed to enhance brilliancy or to mask yellowness of plastic articles specially increase the brightness of the final product. Due to its high compatibility with polyolefins, proper heat resistance and light fastness it s the best choice to improve appearance of the product. LLDPE copolymer with butene as comonomer which contains antioxidant. It is recommended for general purpose applications. It is suitable for blending with conventional LDPE. Film made from pure LL 02090 AA has the following advantages over conventional LDPE: Better sealing,higher puncture resistance. Greater drawdown capability. Higher tensile strength.

General Informations: this is high density polyethylene grade with Butene 1 as comonomer, with high density and stiffness, good flowability, impact strength and good stress cracking resistance. Applications: Blow molding grade suitable for container with capacity ranging from a few ml to 10 liters, also production of sheets for thermoforming.
