Guangyin has developed a series of long carbon chain polyamides. PA610 is about 63% based on renewable bio-based raw materials, PA1010 is almost 100% based on renewable bio-based raw materials, and PA1012 is about 42% based on renewable bio-based raw materials. We can provide products with different viscosity specifications. They are widely used in the fields of monofilament and modification.
Guangyin s transparent polyamide is a polyamide with amorphous structure and microcrystalline structure. It is supplied in pellet form and is suitable for various processing methods such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, etc. We have developed many grades, TM126, TM128, TM136, TM156. About 47% of TM128 is based on renewable bio-based raw materials.
PA6I and PA6I/6T of Guangyin are semi-aromatic transparent polyamide. They have excellent properties such as high transparency, high rigidity, high barrier and temperature resistance. The addition of a certain amount of this product during the compounding process can effectively solve the problem of floating fibers, improve modulus and strength. This product has the excellent barrier performance, when used as a packaging material to effectively block gases and improve the rigidity of the film. Guangyin s TK120 also significantly expands the application scope of metal substitution.
Guangyin s TPA is a copolymer with polyamide as the hard segment and polyether or polyester as the soft segment. The hard segment acts as a physical cross-linking point to provide material rigidity, and the soft segment provides material flexibility. The structure gives the material excellent elasticity. Due to its unique chemical structure, thermoplastic polyamide elastomers have the most eclectic properties of thermoplastic elastomers.
Guangyin s polyamide materials can be used in Air brake tubing,Hydraulic tubing,Automotive fuel line system, Metal coating and etc. The tubes made from our polyamides can meet DIN 73378/74324 standards.
