Description TL-60 is a versatile internal lubricant for rigid PVC. Due to its excellent compatibility with the resin it can be added at high dosage. TL-60 can be utilized with various stabilizers, including lead, tin, calcium/zinc and calcium organic based systems. Typical applications include injection molded articles and fittings, extruded pipe, window profiles, technical profiles and foamed or compact sheets. TL-60 has minimal influence on the gelation time and improves the flow of the polymer melt in complex articles. TL-60 can be used for transparent articles. TL-60 is also a processing additive for other vinyl free resins.

This product is based on the polymerization of tetrabromobisphenol A epoxy resin and has excellent heat resistance, UV resistance, and flowability. Mainly used in PBT, PC/ABS, as well as engineering plastics such as PC, PA6, PA66, PPO, ABS, etc
PNPO-G3 is a halogen-free flame retardant , which develops its effectiveness through phosphorus / nitrogen synergism. When incorporated into thermoplastics, which can meet the requirement of UL94- V0(0.75-1.6mm), GWIT 750°C, GWFI 960°C .Meanwhile ,PNPO-G3 can pass 70°C 168hrs water immersion test (UL746C) and meet ROHS and REACH environmental regulations . In glass fiber reinforced PP system, the flame retardant efficiency of PNPO-G3 is 8-10% higher than ADEKA FP-2500S, so the dosage can be reduced by about 2%, which has less effect on mechanical property and lower cost. is organic phosphonates flame retardant. It is a white powder with low dust, high hydrophobicity, heat resistance and non-migratory. widely used for high performance flame retardant engineering plastics such as polyester (PET, PBT) and PA6/PA66 (glass fiber reinforced and unreinforced).
MCA is a kind of high effective nitrogen halogen free flame retardant. It is very stable when the temperature is lower than 300℃. However, sublimation will happen when the temperature is above 350℃. The decomposition temperature of MCA is 440℃～ 450℃. The flame retardancy takes effect through absorbing heat and releasing incombustible gases after sublimation. MCA is especially suitable for PA6 and PA66 without filler. PA6 and PA66 with MCA can pass the tests of UL 94 V-0 (0.75mm), GWFI 960℃ and GWIT 750℃. It can be used as flame retardant in wires and cables made from TPU, pipe made from polyamide and epoxy sealant, etc. It can meet high surface requirement of wires and cables.
