Hopper Loader are capable of auto dusting and alarm of material shortage via digital microcomputer control. A closed conveying is designed to save material and avoid hydroscopicity of material during the process.

THD series hopper dryers offer an effective and low-cost method for plastic material drying. Hot air is used for drying wet materials due to moisture absorption during packaging, transportation, and recycling. They can be directly mounted on the moulding machine for quick drying and space saving. For this series, hot air blows evently from bottom to the top (both THD-800 and THD-1000 have down-blowing air pipe and accessible door for easy material clearance)of the hopper with capacity ranging from 12kg to 1000kg. all models can be supplied with optional 24 hours auto start/stop timer.

Water heaters are used to heat up the mould and maintain this temperature. Besides, they can also be used in other similar applications, high temperature water from the mould is cooled by direct cooling and then sent to the pipe heaters via high-pressue pump for heating to a constant temperature. With our optimised design, water can reach a maximum of 120 degree, equipped and the accurate PID multi-stage temperaturecontrol system can maintain an accuracy of ±0.1 degree.

TG series of granulators include claw cutter series,flat cutter series and blade cutter series. They can meet a wide variety of requirements and able to granulate & recycle all kinds of platics material of different texture and shapes.

SINTD Brand Mixer are suitable for proportion mixing of raw material, recycling material, masterbatch and additives etc., can accurately record used raw material s accumulative weight, with 50 proportion records,auto-compensation function, auto-justify when starting. The equipment can reach accurate mixing for max. 8 proportions of material with precision within ± 0.3%.

TG-26/36/40 series is suitble for granulating a variety of plastic materials, including waste materials of injection molding, blowing molding and extrusion molding.This series is compacted in structure, easily operating, conveniently reblading and powerful granulating ability. Gradual cutting integrated design ensures better cuting efficiency and low level noise.

TCM series vloumetric dosers are suitable for auto-proportionamixing of new materials, regrinds, masterbatch and additives. A brushless DC motor is used in this series. The microprocessor accurately controls rotation of the high precise dosing screws to squeeze out materials withan accuracy of ±1% from set point. A gear motor with deceleration ratio of 30:1 or 100:1 is coupled to a dosing screw of six models with output ranging from 0.1-32kg/hr. Double color doser can be supplied to match with two single color doser if required by clients.

TGB series gravimetric blenders adopt the latest single-chip microprocessor with a digital display for easy calibration. It has more powerful function, higher speed, and stronger antijamming capability. It has auto compensation ability, which will automatically calibrate in order to ensure the accuracy when the machine starts. It s mostly applied in plastic injection, extrusion or material mixing which requires a variety of raw materials to be accurately mixed according to the weight ratio.

The TIC-W series of Air-cooled water chillers use a single closed-loop design for pressurised refrigerant. All models are equipped with compressor and motor overload protection, phase shortage and reversal alarms, anti-freeze thermostat, pressure gauges, etc. They feature excellent performance and a long lifespan. The series of working flow is based on the basic principle of heat exchange. lt is applicable to the industry that requires flow of precisely controlled chilled water, and considered as indispensable equipment for modern industry.

The TDD series dehumidifying dryer combine dehumidifying and drying system in a single unit. They have many applications in processing plastic materials such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, etc. We offer two types of honeycomb rotors: H4 and H5 models, which under ideal conditions, can supply dehumidified dry air with a dew-point down to-50 and-50 respectively. All models featured with TD-H honeycomb dehumidifiers with built-in process heater, and insulated drying hopper. The TDD series offers accurate PID temperature control as standard, with LCD touch screen, dew-point monitor, and hopper loaders.
