Freetech series wet-dry coolers are equipped with adiabatic cooling systems in order to increase cooling efficiency in hot weather. Via evaporative cooling fins located in front of the exchanger surface, the moisture level of the intake air saturated and air temperature is decreased below the ambient temperature. When evaporative cooling fins contact with the water, they also prevent water\\’s access to exchanger surface. In this way, exchanger surface remains dry and calcification and corrosion don\\’t occur. While a certain amount of water passing through the evaporative cooling fins evaporates, the rest of the water is recovered in the system and water loss is minimized.
