RECO WC SERIES

The Reco series has two different types of cutting pelletizers, air cooled (AC) and water cooled (WC), for different types of materials. HDPE-LDPE-LLDPE and PP (it is possible to work with water-cooled pelletizer) The polymer is cut into fixed length granules by rotating variable speed (AC inverter) die face cutter blades and then cooled with air or water in a system consisting of approximately 12 meters long, 120 mm diameter metal channel and two chain-hanging cyclones. The granules then exit the cyclone directly into the customer's log hopper. The RECO series is suitable for operation with all types of granular material measuring devices, including gravimetric dosing or weight reduction systems. Designed for reliable and clean operation. It is suitable for a wide range of film widths, material types and thicknesses and is suitable for feeding most film line extruders.
