Aluminate coupling agent

Suitable for surface activation and modification of various inorganic fillers (such as calcium carbonate, talc powder, kaolin, aluminum oxide, etc.) and inorganic flame retardants (such as aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, antimony trioxide, etc.). After modification, the fillers, flame retardants and pigments can be used in composite products such as rubber, coatings, inks, laminated products and adhesives. Inorganic powders activated with this product can not only improve the processing performance of plastic products filled with inorganic powders, but also significantly enhance the physical and mechanical properties of the products, resulting in reduced water absorption rate, decreased oil absorption value, and uniform dispersion of fillers. For some low-filled plastic products, it can generally significantly increase the filler dosage (by more than 50% compared to the original filling amount), improve processing performance (reduce melt viscosity and decrease mold wear), enhance product quality, and lower production costs, thus bringing significant economic benefits.
