WPC Coupling agent

In wood-plastic composite (WPC) products, the anhydride groups it contains can undergo an esterification reaction with the hydroxyl groups in wood flour. This reduces the polarity and hygroscopicity of the wood flour, enabling excellent compatibility with polyolefin resins. Consequently, it enhances the product's impact resistance, low-temperature performance, and elongation at break. The recommended addition level is 2%-5% (based on the total formulation). 2.Other applications: As a modifier for glass fiber, enhancing and filling PE (talcum powder, aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydrate, wood powder, mica, wollastonite etc). That recommended dosages are between 2.5%-10% basis of PE. And for nylon toughener, the recommended dosage is 20% basis of nylon.
