High-precision Masterbatch Feeder

A high-precision masterbatch feeder can automatically mix one main material and 1-4 kinds of color master materials or additives in proportion, applying to injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding production. It adopts hybrid stepper motor, with a special microcomputer controller that can accurately measure the color master and additive adding proportion. The feeder can be connected with various molding machine signals and synchronous operation, to ensure the consistency of the molding product performance.
