HORIZANTAL PELLETIZER MACHINE

Horizontal pelletizer machine cuts plastic in the form of granules. Molten plastic from AGOREX extruder passes through the mirror of the horizontal cutting head at a certain diameter and is cut into granules by knives. The plastic granules poured into the water tank are cooled and hardened superficially by water flow and go to the horizontal vibrating sieve and horizontal drying centrifuge without touching. The rotation speed of the knives of the horizontal cutting machine is inverter controlled and the length of the granules can be adjusted by changing the knife speed. The number of holes, hole diameter and hole arrangement geometry of the cutting mirror are adjusted according to different plastic types and capacity.
