Ldpe, Hdpe, Pvc Recycling Lines

As Iza Makina, we offer recycling line options in accordance with the type of material to be recycled and the demands of our customers. The machines that make up the LDPE recycling line are selected according to the pollution intensity, pollutant types and hourly production capacity of the plastic to be recycled. Depending on the type, LDPE consisting of hard or f ilm layer is sent to the crushing and shredding machines after the pre-separation process. Washing, squeezing and drying are performed by shaping the next line according to the material properties. The quality of the LDPE that will go to the granule line can be increased by adding optional machinery and equipment to the line.
