Fr4 Epoxy

FR4 Sheets are produced by impregnating alkali-free glass fiber fabric with epoxy resin binder and keeping it under high temperature and high pressure. These products show very good temperature and humidity resistance, as well as high mechanical strength, good di-electric properties, and good electrical strength properties.
