T-max Dosing Devices

The TCM series raw material dosing machine is suitable for the automatic proportional mixing of new materials, masterbatches, and additives. This series utilizes a brushless DC motor. A microprocessor precisely controls the rotation of the high-precision dosing screws to accurately transfer materials from the setpoint to within +/-1% accuracy. A gear motor with a deceleration ratio of 30:1 or 100:1 is connected to the dosing screw, available in six models ranging from 0.1 to 32 kg/h. Dual-color dosing machines are available to match two-color dosing requirements upon customer request.
